Winning in Local AI Search

We're Helping Our Clients Appear At The Top Of AI Search. Here's What's Actually Working.

At Aspire, we've been paying close attention to how our clients show up in AI-generated results, and we can say, frankly, that we're absolutely crushing it. A lot of that comes down to Cheyenne Rosenboro's website work and Aspire's ability to push out reliable, high-quality photo, video, and written content consistently.

While we’re still very much in the infancy of this stuff, here's what's working:

Longevity And Citations Matter More Than Ever

One of the signals I see time and time again is how long a business has been around and how deeply it's referenced across the web. Get your site launched as soon as possible, then build out deep citations, backlinks, and as much high-quality information as you can. AI tools are pulling from everywhere, not just your website, so the more places your business is accurately represented, the better.

Content At A Scale That Feels Uncomfortable

Big corporate has known this for years: you need to be publishing as much as you can while retaining quality. That means case studies, blog posts, event recaps, service updates, and keeping everything current.

Don't post slop. AI is getting better at identifying thin or low-quality content and it will hurt you. Small businesses that commit to real, consistent publishing are going to pull ahead of competitors who treat their website like a digital business card.

Get Reviews And Own Them

Reviews are a major trust signal for AI search, and relying solely on Google Business is risky at this point. Profiles can get suspended or taken down with little warning. Your reviews need to live on your own website and be prominently highlighted. Collect them actively, display them proudly, and don't let a third-party platform be the only place that record exists.

Your FAQ Page Is A Vital Goldmine

This is absolutely vital. You can build out an FAQ page with more answers than a human could ever reasonably scroll through and that's exactly the point. AI tools are designed to find direct answers to direct questions, and a well-built FAQ page is perfectly structured for that. Google Search Console flags it as a special page type. LLMs pull from it constantly.

If you don't have one, build it. If you have one, make it bigger and better. Eventually, your FAQ pages can become a more robust “knowledge base” too. But start with a dozen great answers.

The Boring Fundamentals Are Still The Foundation

We build strategies only after the fundamentals are in place, because none of the above works well if the basics are broken. These aren't exciting, but they're what separates sites that perform from sites that just exist.

Make your website load fast. Proper structured data. Meta titles and descriptions that serve a purpose and aren’t just keyword-packed fluff. There’s a reason sites we build grow well.

So, Is This All Just An AI Bubble?

It might be! Personally, we think so. But here's the thing: even if AI search deflates, the businesses investing in good fundamentals and quality content right now will be ahead of whoever comes next. We're proud of our team for keeping pace with modern innovations and preparing our clients for an uncertain future rather than waiting to see how it shakes out.
